POP Email Setup

1.  Open the Microsoft Outlook 2013 program on your desktop

2.  Select "File" from the upper left hand corner

3.  Then choose "Add Account"



4.  Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types"

5.  "Next"




6.  Select "POP"

7.  Enter the following Server Information
            - Your Name: Your name
            - E-mail Address: Your e-mail address
            - Account Type: POP3
            - Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomainane
            - Outgoing Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomainname

8.  Enter the following Login Information
            - Username: Your e-mail
            - Password: Your email password
            - Remember password: Yes




9.  Select "More Settings"

10.  On Outgoing Server tab, please ensure that "My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires Authentication" is checked

11.  Goto Advanced tab, enter 587 for the "Outgoing Server (SMTP)"

12.  Close the window by clicking "OK"

13.  Select "Next" and click "Finish"
